GAIN PI will perform mystery guest shops to evaluate if the cause of the slowdown could be an issue with your customer service, internal issues or external factors. GAIN PI’s owner has experience conducting undercover operations dealing with employee integrity and performance for public entities, large national grocery retail stores, national department store, boutique hotel chain and national fast food restaurant chains. After the mystery shops have been performed, GAIN PI will recommend changes and improvements. For a simple mystery guest shop, where an investigator visits the business and engages in one business transaction, a flat fee plus expenses will be charged. A more complex mystery guest shop involving multiple employees and transactions will be billed on an hourly basis plus expenses. GAIN PI has performed mystery guest services through out the Southern California Region and will travel to fill their clients needs.
